We despatch 95% of goods within 24 hours, however certain goods require
special transport and are normally despatched within 2 – 5 working
days. If you require urgent delivery, send an email and we will try our

Can I specify a delivery time?
Yes, by sending an email we will treat the order as a special delivery,
we will confirm a delivery time by email, there may be a nominal charge
for this facility. If you have requested a special delivery, but our courier
can not deliver at the requested time (ie there is no one to receive and
or sign for the delivery) there will be an extra re-delivery charge.
What should I do if my order is not delivered within the specified
time or incomplete?

support, including product information and technical information, after
you have purchased goods, send an email with your information request, and
we will email the require information free of charge!
Can I return an unwanted item?

Yes, send written order with cheque to address above, the goods will be
despatched when the cheque has cleared (5 working days).
Can I pay by cash?
No, we only accept payment online or by cheque with a written or verbal
