Tube Clamps - Internal Joiner 150-D (48.3mm)
Tube Clamp or Pipe Clamps for 48.3mm Hand Rail tube. This malleable iron casting is also available in 33.7mm tube clamps & 42.4mm Tube Clamp. Complies with B.S. EN1461. And are also known by the term Key Clamps.
Please note that this inernal joiner will not fit our 48.3mm aluminium tube or steel scaffolding tube or aluminium beams. To fit alloy tube you must used a pressed sleeve, and for steel scaffolding tube you can use a pressed joint pin.

An inline internal tube connector for joining two tubes of the same diameter. Fitting can only be used with 3.2mm wall thick tube. This fitting is not for high or tensile load applications.

All clamps come with stainless steel grub screws fitted. If full tightened using a ratchet key to a torque of 4.1kg/m (29ft/lb), the grub screw is capable of withstanding an applied slipload of 900kg.
