Our LOLER tag kit is made up of:

And comes boxed.

All lifting equipment designed to lift and lower loads must be marked with information appropriate to its use, such as safe working loads. Daily and weekly checks should be made of all lifting equipment, in addition to a thorough examination every 6-12 months.

These tags display the message "do not use this equipment" when no insert is used, which can be used quickly if the equipment fails an inspection. This tag should always be attached and displayed in a visible area of the equipment.

The tags can be further secured to equipment with cable ties.
