Order Placing

By placing an order through the website you confirm that:
You are older than 18 years of age, legally capable and authorised to enter into a contract.
You accept all the terms of trading set out in this document.


All pictures, illustrations and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only, and show or represent the product described as accurately as possible. However, where product illustrations are unavailable or unsuitable, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative product of a similar or better quality. The information is provided only as a guide. Full technical information is available for all products purchased upon request. All goods conform to manufacturers quality standards.

Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website exclude vat and delivery. The total price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged. When paying for your goods by credit card, your card details are encrypted for total security.


We are dispatching most orders within 5-7 days.

If you require your items urgently/for a specific day, please call 0151 678 7997 after your order is placed so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery is quoted for mainland UK, charges for other non-mainland destinations must be requested prior to your order being submitted, it is your responsibility to confirm delivery location. A surcharge will be applied for re-delivery due to incorrect delivery address being given. Delivery will by way of carrier, details of large consignments will be advised separately, to ensure off-loading at delivery point is trouble free. Our delivery service operates between 0830am to 1800pm Monday to Friday. For special deliveries it is your responsibility to confirm the requirements. An extra delivery charge may be applicable. All goods must be checked on arrival, the goods must agree with the delivery and order documentation. All goods must be signed for, title and risk of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery and receipt by our carrier of a signed delivery note.

Footwear - Free UK delivery is to UK mainland addresses - Some postcode exceptions, including Highlands addresses, please call 0151 678 7997 if you have any questions.

Returns Policy

Faulty Goods - in the unlikely event that the goods are in any way faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours, so we can resolve the issue, and maintain customer satisfaction. Having informed us in writing or by email within 48 hours of your dissatisfaction, we will issue a returns note, and arrange for collection, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are available for collection and are returned within 14 days. It is your responsibility to advise us in writing or email if you require replacement goods or a refund. A refund for returned faulty goods will be made within 14 days after inspection of the goods. Replacement goods will be sent immediately after the inspection of the returned goods.

If for any reason you wish to return goods that are not faulty, you may do this at any time up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned undamaged and in re-saleable condition in their original packaging. Any such returned goods are returned at your own cost and risk. A refund for returned un-damaged goods, less original delivery costs, will be made within 14 days after inspection of the goods. 
If you require alternative goods, it is your responsibility to advise us on your requirements. 
This returns policy does not apply to the returning of unwanted goods that have been specially produced in design, colour or bespoke in any way, cut tube and powdercoating orders are non-returnable, as they are both “bespoke”.

All clothing and footwear can be returned unused and in original packaging to our factory at the customer's cost.  Please email with your order number and details of your return if you wish to return an item, so we can assist you.  All returned footwear is subject to a £5.00 (plus VAT) restocking fee.  This does not apply to faulty goods, which will be collected and inspected by the manufacturer after which a replacement or a credit may be issued.  Goods reported as faulty but shown not to be so will be charged for and all costs incurred deducted from any credit.

Export Orders / Shipping to EU

We can export any of our products and we have great prices for shipping certain items.  If you would like to order for shipping to Europe or anywhere else, please email with your list of items, contact details and delivery address.  All export orders must be paid by cleared funds.   We hope to offer online ordering for EU countries in the near future.

Security & Privacy

Delta Services(GB) Limited t/a, we promise to treat your personal information with utmost care, and not reveal any information to a third party. We may from time to time send product information and offers via email to you directly, but not through a third party. If you do not wish to receive product information or offers, please inform us by email.

Delays and lost/missing items

If your order is for an installation or work on site, we strongly recommend that you do not organise any work or book in any tradesmen/contractors until you have received and checked the contents of your delivery.  Delta Services cannot be held responsible for any compensation due to expenses, charges, losses or damages incurred due to a delay in delivery.


Any quotations requested and sent are simply designed as helpful estimates for your project.  For full specification and technical advice, particularly on any structural work please refer to an engineer who will provide specific project details using your detailed information.

Force Majeure

We shall incur no liability for failure to perform our obligations under this contract due to the existence of circumstances which we have not caused or are beyond our control.
