Can this swivel be locked? I want to construct a frame to support a waterproof sail to cover our barbeque area. I will need to fix a pole at an angle, would this bracket allow me to do so ( it will be screwed into a substantial decking beam). Existing Answers This fixing cannot lock in place. To lock it you would need to secure the tube going into it at the other end.
