All products received. One of the base jacks was faulty only being able to adjust a maximum of two inches from the base, I phoned straight away informing them of the issue, they completely understood the problem and sent a replacement which works well. The service representative was friendly and did not undermind what I was saying which was a refreshing pleasant experience as many companies still do not respond well to females.
