Wall Plate 131-A (26.9mm)
Tube Clamp or Key Clamps for 26.9mm hand rail tube. This malleable iron casting is also available in 48.3mm size, 42.4mm size and 33.7mm size Complies with B.S. EN1461. And are also known by the term pipe clamps.
This tube clamp is compatible with our 26.9mm steel handrail tube.
To secure this fitting we recommend a 5mm wood screw for furniture & wood applications, and a 7.5mm multi fix screw or 8mm shield anchor for concrete applications.

With four countersunk holes, this fitting is ideal as a flange to terminate handrail to a wall or other similar application. May be used on structures where it is required as a positional fixing.
We do not recommend pre-drilling as there can be irregularities in casting that can produce small variations in the size of the holes.
All clamps come with stainless steel grub screws fitted. If full tightened using a ratchet key to a torque of 4.1kg/m (29ft/lb), the grub screw is capable of withstanding an applied slipload of 900kg
